Preliminary Task - Transcript

There is a long shot as PERSON 1 walks out from behind a building and then walks toward the camera, before turning to a doorway on the right of the screen.

Next there is cut-in shot of PERSON 1’s hand through the glass door, showing them push it open before showing another similar shot that focuses on PERSON 1’s feet walking through the door.

It cuts to a panning shot of PERSON 1 as they turn a corner and continue to walk down the corridor.

The camera then moves to a tracking shot, following PERSON 1 closely as they finish walking to the end of the corridor.

There is then a mid-shot of PERSON 1 opening a door at the end of the corridor, and then a matched cut showing them walk into the room, where the camera pans around to show PERSON 1 pulling out a chair opposite PERSON 2 who has just been revealed.

There is another matched cut as we see PERSON 1 finish pulling out the chair and sit down from PERSON 2’s perspective.

PERSON 1:

Hello.
